Repairs & Replacements
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, such as stone loss or broken pins.
If an issue arises:
- Fill out this form, include clear photos and a brief description of the issue and how it occurred.
- Returned items must be clean from any bodily fluids, sterilized, and sealed in a bag.
- If no active order is in progress, we will ship your replacement separately to avoid delays.
- Damage due to abusive, improper use or client mishandling may not be covered. If you’re unsure, contact us for clarification.
